Our group fitness classes provide a creative and energizing mix of functional, strength and cardiovascular training giving you the ultimate total body workout in under 60 minutes. In addition to cross training JQ’s also provides customized Sports Specific Coaching, Lifestyle Management including Yoga, Pilates and Cycle, martial arts, advanced nutritional support and massage.
JQ’s BFit2 cross training classes are safe, effective and provide a total body workout without having to spend all day in the gym. We are a truly ageless and gender-less facility. We are able to modify workouts and routines within our fitness classes to address your needs and your fitness levels.
