Train like an athlete! This explosive fitness class features metabolic conditioning, incorporating drills & exercises to develop speed, agility & power.   Metabolic (metabolism) training is high intensity anaerobic exercise that makes you breathless. With little rest in between exercises in an effort to maximize calorie burn and increase your metabolic rate during and after the workout.

Find your inner athlete and step up to the challenge with our boot camp fitness classes. Run, jump, pull, push, drag, hit, swing and climb – exercise inside and outside weather permitting. The Best and safest 60 -Minute Boot Camp Workout around. This intense fitness class keeps your heart rate up, burns calories, and tones your whole body.   We guarantee 100% encouragement and zero % intimidation on your way to a fitter stronger you!

JQ’s Abs & Stretch

You want abs? Find yours JQ’s. This 30 minute workout will go straight to your stomach!  Abdominal exercises to burn fat, flatten your belly, and strengthen your core. Maintain strong abs, and you’ll help prevent back pain, boost your agility, increase your flexibility, and look good. Plus you get to experience what our members call JQ’s Romantic Time! 

You may participate in JQ’s Abs  & Stretch as an express class or  pull a double by jumping straight in after JQ’s BoxFit or our regular Monday night workout in the main gym.  Either way you decide is perfectly cool with us!  We all have abs so this is great for boys and girls.  Que the lights dimming and mood lighting – it’s  Romantic Time  🙂

JQ’s BOXFIT

Delivers a boxing style class with an added TKP twist!  A class that teaches you basic to advanced punching and kicking moves and simple yet effective self defense techniques.  Take your stress out on pads and heavy bags – they won’t talk back and they won’t complain. No-hit boxing and kickboxing classes are led by trainers skilled in mixed martial arts who will show you how to wrap your hands, work the bag, and master moves that will transform your body. In between rounds, you’ will perform various toning exercises that keep your heart rate up and your muscles challenged. Nobody leaves dry!
